The aim of this activity was to strengthen the capacity of representatives of local authorities and civil society in order to identify more sustainable and inclusive solutions for communities through team building, brainstorming and networking.
This process included the participation of 13 representatives of grass root civil society organizations from Mostar and 3 key civil servants of the City of Mostar.
The coaching model was created as a three-day event, divided into 8 different sessions. Two sessions were held on the first day of training, four sessions on the second day of training and the remaining two on the third day of training.
