Psychometric assessment of candidates for the officers in the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Adaptation and application of Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) scales that measure four different aptitudes (numeric reasoning, abstract reasoning, spatial reasoning and perception speed and accuracy) and generating candidates' results on tests as part of selection process which is organized by BiH Armed Forces once a year.
