The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of the women’s training program for the labor market. The program was implemented by UNFPA and dm drogerie markt. Also, the goal of this research is to assess the extent to which such programs meet the needs of women, and to the extent to which they increase the chances of employability, i.e. inclusion of women in the labor market. In order to evaluate the program, research was conducted using a multimethod approach. This approach includes the collection of qualitative and quantitative data through the application of questionnaires and the implementation of focus group research with the women involved in the project and their mentors.
