Evaluation of the Academy for Young Leaders in Civil Society - fifth generation

The aim of the evaluation was to answer to what extent the goals of the Academy were achieved, the quality of contents in relation to the set goals, the impact of the Academy on participants, lecturers and SHL staff, and to identify areas of further development. The evaluation of all modules of the Academy was also carried out. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used.
