The final evaluation of the project Child Protection – ENVISION PHASE III aimed to assess the project using key evaluation criteria i.e. relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact, to provide recommendations for future SC interventions, and to inform a broader range of relevant stakeholders with an aim of improving the coordination between various potential change makers and generating joint efforts.
The key evaluation questions are following:
• to what extent DiCs (Nova Generacija in Banja Luka, Otaharin in Bijeljina, Vermont in Brčko, Altruist in Mostar, Defendologija in Nikšić and Centar za prava djeteta in Podgorica) have become operational in securing access to quality care and educational services for street involved children and their families, and
• have they met preconditions to become self-sustainable?
In order to provide answers to these questions, a mixed-method approach was applied, meaning that both qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis were used (i.e. desk research, Key Informant Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, online survey with key respondents and Most Significant Changes workshops).
