Results of the 2014 field research shows that in the sample of 1988 households, 185 own at least one dog. This means that the percentage of households that own at least one dog in our sample is 9.31%. The difference between the proportions of households that own a pet dog in 2013 and 2014 is not statistically different (t=1.5719).
