The project aimed to improve the inclusion of children with disabilities into the mainstream education system by strengthening and empowering 10 local communities to address and jointly solve barriers to the inclusion of children with disabilities.
In order to measure the progress, Mozaik together with proMENTE identified a number of key stakeholder groups and a set of qualitative Progress Indicators for each group describing the changes, which they would like to see.
Based on identified progress indicators, six general themes were defined and all questions used in survey (qualitative and quantitative) were related to defined themes.
proMENTE conducted focus group survey and questionnaire assessment with key stakeholder groups in four communities. Questionnaire assessment was conducted in other six communities.
