The aim of the evaluation was to assess the impact of the Academy on strengthening the key competencies, knowledge, skills and values of 20 young leaders, as well as the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the Academy's project activities. The design of this study is a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The measurement was conducted at two points (baseline and endline measurement, before and after attending the Academy program) with two groups. In addition to the participants of the Academy, our evaluation includes a control group of respondents, young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina who did not pass the program of the Academy. A major change in the 2020/2021 Generation Academy is the number of students. The program started with 30 participants and was reduced to 20 only after an initial period of 3 months which acted as an extended selection. 6 lecturers, the project team of the Academy and 7 participants of the previous three generations of the Academy also participated in the research. 20 students participated in the control group.
