The aim of the evaluation was to answer to what extent the goals of the Academy were achieved, the quality of contents in relation to the set goals, the impact of the Academy on participants, lecturers and SHL staff, and to identify areas of further development. The evaluation of all modules of the Academy was also carried out.

A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used. The evaluation began with 20 participants of the Academy's third generation. Furthermore, 9 lecturers took part in the research, as well as the Academy's project team and 5 participants from the first two generations of the Academy. It was concluded that after three generations we see an experienced project team and a well-established Teacher's Council, implementing the program with elevated criteria. Comprehensive and carefully planned program of the Academy, through its segments of teaching, internships and engagement with initiatives, provides the participants with the opportunity to grow and develop. This is reflected in acquisition of knowledge and skills, but also in the long-term profound changes in regards to values and attitudes. All of this is a prerequisite for the final change in behaviour upon the completion of the Academy.
