MSc Ivona Čelebičić, Master in human sciences, proMENTE social research Director, Senior researcher, evaluator and trainer. ProMENTE team member since 2004. Conducted over 50 training courses and research and evaluation projects. Directly involved in program coordination; designing qualitative and quantitative research, development of research instruments, fieldwork implementor, fieldwork supervisor and stuff coordinator in proMENTE. As senior researcher in fieldwork in proMENTE, she has significant experience in conducting evaluation with different methods. She is particularly skilled at using Outcome Mapping (OM) and Most Significant Changes. She led the field work for a wide range of projects, ranging from three months in the field doing interviews with street children and victims of trafficking to community development and cross-border cooperation.
Lamija Dedić, law graduate, is a member of proMENTE social research since 2004. She works in the finance and administration department, recording and allocating funds through the budget of each individual project. She is responsible for all financial flows and accounting reports in the organization. She is very skilled in working with special programs for accounting and monitoring of accounting, financial, tax and other regulations, procedures and standards in non-governmental organizations.
She has great communication skills in communication with banks, tax administrations and other state institutions. Lamija also carries out administrative tasks for the needs of the Organization.
Senior researcher
Sidik Lepić, a graduate pedagogue, member of proMENTE team since 2008, where he works as a researcher, evaluator and web developer. The focus of his work activity is educational inclusion, educational technology, professional orientation and development of career management skills. Particular area of his interest is technology and its application in research and education. He believes that the work he does is like climbing a mountain: each new step toward the top reveals a new view of the world that surrounds him.

Andrea Soldo, graduated in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo and gained her master’s degree in Education, Public Policy and Equity at the University of Glasgow. In 2008 she became a member of the research team at proMENTE where she works as a researcher, evaluator and trainer. Her research interests include topics such are research methodology, education reform processes and the quality of formal education with a special focus on equity issues in education. She participated in and coordinated several national and international research projects. She was a Chevening scholar in 2019/20, UK government's global awards programme for outstanding individuals with leadership potential.

Maja Alihodžić, holds a Master's degree in Psychology, and works at proMENTE social research since 2014, as a junior researcher, evaluator and trainer. Maja's key qualifications refer to the creation of various instruments for social research, application of qualitative and quantitative methods of research, preparation and implementation of training and education for different target groups, and project evaluation. Her tasks also include creating research plans, coordinating and monitoring project activities, and writing reports. The projects she is engaged on are related to education, social inclusion and the protection of vulnerable groups.

Master of Psychology, a member of proMENTE since 2018, where she works as a junior researcher, trainer and evaluator. She supports research and evaluation processes in proMENTE social research. Lamija conducts desk research, develops evaluation plans, and contributes to the development of research instruments. Her special area of interest is social psychology and data analysis. She has a coordinating role in social inclusion, corruption and academia research projects for young leaders. She supports senior researchers in the development of evaluation plans for projects, instruments and materials. Proficient in quantitative data analysis and interpretation of SPSS as well as qualitative analysis. In addition to research activities, she has assisted in support programs for primary school teachers in BiH in designing sessions and implementing them, as well as coordinating all program activities.
